Maybe you could find samsung exynos chromebook with broken/damaged
screen for low price somewhere. It has 4GB RAM (32-bit dual-channel 933
MHz LPDDR3e), octa core ( 4x ARM Cortex A15 @ 2.1GHz; 4x ARM Cortex A7 @
1.3GHz), 1 USB2, 1 USB3, HDMI. Mainline kernel works very well with
Debian (armhf in particular).
Just idea, especially if you have some experience with electronics.
