I don't think the EGL issue was about the ARM devices but x86 or
something, not sure.

Debian Pure Blends consist only of stuff that is in Debian, a patched
kdelibs isn't going to get into Debian. Then again DebianEdu isn't a
Debian Pure Blend yet so maybe you mean a Debian derivative?

In any case there are approximately zero ARM-based mobile devices with
full support in mainline Linux so a separate repository (or just
external kernels/bootloaders) is going to be needed for running Debian
on any ARM-based mobile device.
