ARM1156J(F)-S apparently is ARMv6T2, which is ARMv6 with thunmb2 and a
few other ARMv7 features added, but not all of ARMv7.
So yes it exists, but isn't basic ARMv6.
ARM1136 and ARM1176 (like the pi uses) do not have thumb2.
