That article looks like a great place to start.... network-console...
and from others, it's an Orion box. 

That's all I need for now, OK, I have enough to go do some more reading.

I recently started my porting experience with getting Debian / d-i going on
the D-Link DNS-323.  I wrote up what I learnt at
