Did you install using the regular installer, or using the manual method?
Around half a year ago I installed it with the installer and had it up and running fine. Haven't been updating it until 3-4 weeks ago.
Can try to find out more by hooking up the system disk to another machine. Gordon, could you tell me where I can find more info on the system disk? Im no expert, but can follow a how-to in a terminal.
