glob2 need to be requeued for build.

	Hello, porters.  I have seen that glob2 is out of testing due to not being 
built on arm.  There is no build log in buildd.d.o for version 0.8.19-2, but 
buildd.net shows being 'built' under buildd_arm-elara block 
(http://unstable.buildd.net/buildd/arm_Building.html).  Is it normal?
