ssh 1:3.8p1-3 segfault

I just installed the latest sarge using the debian installer beta 4 onto
an arm (Xscale) board and I'm having problems with ssh.  Both sshd and
ssh-keygen are dying with either 'Invalid instruction' or seg-fault. 
Has anybody else had this problem with ssh 1:3.8p1-3 on arm?  The kernel
I'm using is 2.4.19-rmk7-pxa2 with patches for our board.  Previous ssh
versions worked fine.
