Problems building libspf2 on arm (or buildd problem?)

Hello,

For some reason libtool is not being installed on arm. The buildd
seems to be building the package correctly
(http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=libspf2&ver=1.0.4-3&arch=arm&stamp=1100734655&file=log&as=raw)
but it is still not installed.

Looking at the output, there are some strange libtool errors spewing
out, but they do not seem to affect the build, and the deb is still
built successfully. James Troup filed #276516 saying i need to update
libtool, which makes no sense. I re-libtoolize'd in 1.0.4-2 and
1.0.4-3, so I know I have the right libtool. Can anyone shed any light
on this issue? Is the build actually bad? Thanks.
