Generally true, except the "ARM ARM" doesn't cover floating point,
since that is an extension rather than a core feature of the ARM
platform.

In this case you want either the "FPE" (older floating point extension)
or the newer "vector format" extesion.  I believe the instructions you
quoted are from the latter.
