Please build current version of dxpc

      dxpc |    3.8.0-5 |      unstable | source, alpha, i386, ia64, m68k, powerpc, s390

Could somebody please build the current version of dxpc for arm and
sparc? The version in testing used /usr/man rather than /usr/share/man,
and needs to be upgraded. I realize it's in non-free.
