Kindly asking for help and a package (re-)build on arm
The r-recommended package (of additonal R packages for r-base) was built on
arm at release 1.3.1 last summer; 1.4.1 is now out and has not been built on
arm.
The prevents the move of r-recommended into testing. Could someone please
try to build r-recommended?
According to buildd, it fails with a rather obscure error when stripping:
dh_strip
BFD: debian/tmp/usr/lib/R/library/cluster/libs/stQz74AB: Not enough room for program headers, try linking with -N
strip: debian/tmp/usr/lib/R/library/cluster/libs/stQz74AB: Bad value

dh_strip: command returned error code
make: *** [binary-arch] Error 1

Could one of you arm experts please look into this?
Thanks, Dirk
