buildd: please install /proc in chroot
Hello
I hope this is the right way to reach the admin of "elara" which has the
buildd for arm. My MySQL package has problems because GNU autoconf cannot
figure out how to call "ps" and fails. The reason on two other archs was
that /proc was not mounted in the chroots. The other archs are fixed but
arm still fails:

Can you please fix that and recompile the current 3.23.51-4 and the last
one destinated to woody-proposed-updates (3.23.51-1woody4)?
BTW: Is this machine ssh'able from outside? I couldn't find a
"elara.debian.org".
