SVGA libraries compilation error

Hi,
    I am trying to compile SVGA library for ARM platform using source
code available at
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/potato/main/source/libs/svgalib_1.4.1.orig.tar.gz
.

But I got following errors. Can somebody please tell me whether
SVGA libraries has already
been ported to ARM or not ? How can I get rid of the errors ? I am using
cross-compiler to
compile the libraries (from i386 to ARM).
