I hacked on XFree86 a bit today. The server seems to be running OK on my CATS
with an S3 card. I haven't tried the fbdev server or the Cyber2000
accelerated driver; I'm optimistic that the former will `just work', less so
about the latter.

If you want to try it, you need:

 - the xfree86 4.0.2-7 packages from the archive
 - and ftp://medusa.armlinux.org/pub/philb/xserver-xfree86_4.0.2-7.0.1_arm.deb
 - and ftp://medusa.armlinux.org/pub/philb/XFree86.bz2

The last file is the server binary itself, which replaces the one in the .deb
package. (I'll build a proper package in due course, but that can be a
lengthy undertaking.)
