Why wasn't that uploaded to the Debian ftp-site? Right now we have
a release manager who has no idea what arm is doing and we are
starting the first test-cycle without arm because of that.

Too late for the first test cycle now I guess.. I really wonder why
the communication between the boot floppies team and the arm team
has been so poor.
