Bug#542950: apache2-suexec: Please change default docroot to /srv/www

Debian Policy still asks to web applications to install their files
under /var/www if unavoidable [0]

Hence, I guess it is correct for apache2-suexec to set up its default
docroot to /var/www

Feel free to close this bug if you think that it is correct.
