Bug#497307: apache2.2-common: /etc/logrotate.d/apache2 should reload, not restart

That particular bug will be fixed in version 2.2.3-4+etch6 in the next 
stable point release.
You can already download by temporarily adding stable-proposed-updates  
to your sources.list.
