Bug#325594: apache2: Unable to restart after security upgrade

This morning the server died during a logrotate. I think this is the same bug.
I think there's a race condition.

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
grep: /etc/apache2/conf.d/[^.#]*: No such file or directory
