Bug#354393: "/etc/init.d/apache2 stop" shows error if apache2/conf.d is empty

Package: apache2
Version: 2.0.55-4
Severity: normal

> 5:03pm root@zewt.pts/154 [~] /etc/init.d/apache2 stop
> Stopping apache 2.0 web server...grep: /etc/apache2/conf.d/[^.#]*: No such file or directory
> .

There are no files in /etc/apache2/conf.d.

This is cosmetic; the "stop" command still works.
