Bug#311968: I'm sorry a problem of my ISP
It seems it all was a problem with my ISP. It was filtering my http port.
If I move it to port 8080 it works ok.
Sorry for sending the bug report, it wasn't a bug after all, I should
have checked it more, before sending it.
Here it is the output of 'lsof -i TCP|grep apache' just in case:
