More or less. I suggest putting the contents of:
http://wiki.debian.net/?SubversionApache2SSLHowto
into README.SSL.setup and add it to the main apache2 package
documentation. When I have more spare time (AFAICS next week), I will
look how to bring the pieces together to make it more automated.
