I'm using Apache on a VServer, and it seems my provider installed mod_frontpage without me knowing that. mod_frontpage is indeed not part of the Apache package: # dpkg -S /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_frontpage.so dpkg: /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_frontpage.so not found. I should have noticed that before. Sorry for the bogus bug report.
