Are you using the apache-ssl default configuration or are you using
customized ones? Recently upstream changed behaviour in regards of
auth_ssl. If you are using customized configurations than you need to
change them accordingly. Otherwise please send us a tar.gz of
/etc/apache-ssl + /var/lib/ucf/hashfile.
