Hi,
	I have been poking around mod_proxy code. The change you are
requesting cannot be implemented.

The problem is that the cleanup cache code is a process forked from
apache/mod_proxy that is running as user www-data. The setpriority(2)
function required to renice the process can be executed only by root.

running apache as root is not a good idea (due to all the security
implications)

therefor i would like to know from you if you want to keep this bug as
reference or can i close it?
