apache2 -S doesn't show ssl namevirtualhost

Hi there
i'm trying to get apache2 working on a sid box withou succes; i get always:
Invalid method in request \x80y\x01\x03
now i'm focusing on NameVirtualHost conf in ssl.conf; i'm unable to check it using apache2 -S
as this commend show http vh only:
VirtualHost configuration:
192.168.1.17:80 is a NameVirtualHost
default server weblogin.dev.datalogica.com (/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/default:59)
port 80 namevhost weblogin.dev.datalogica.com (/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/default:59)
192.168.1.18:80 is a NameVirtualHost
default server webldap.dev.datalogica.com (/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/default:84)
port 80 namevhost webldap.dev.datalogica.com (/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/default:84)
wildcard NameVirtualHosts and _default_ servers:
_default_:80 weblogin.dev.datalogica.com (/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/default:8)
