Bug#233538: apache: dotfiles not skipped, scanning /etc/apache/conf.d

I also vote for the solution suggested by Zoran Dzelajlija to use

   Include /etc/apache/conf.d/*.conf

This is consistent with the recommendation I received from the Apache
developers, see http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=28489.
