Well as a temporary solution it would be enough to move
<virtualhost xxx>
</virtualhost>
inside xxx.conf

or viceversa.. meaning of moving the contents of xxx.conf inside
httpd.conf (of course inside <virtualhost xxx>) but the bug is there and
we need to fix it somehow.
