Bug#214517: apache: Typo in the new debconf templates

The new debconf templates you forgot to warn translators about...:-)....have
a minor typo :
s/Remeber/Remember
If you plan to correct this, please wait for translators to update their
*.po files and warn them that they should correct the offending string
original version by adding the appropriate "n".
This is a good occasion for warning debconf translators that their work need
an update anyway.
