apache2 from unstable works fine, you can try to install these packages
in testing... or aptget the sources and compile it on testing, maybe
that also works... Or you take a look at apt-get.org, there should be 
some woody-backports of apache2 which should work in testing as well.
The more interesting question is, where to get php4 packages for
apache2...
