RE: Apache::Module
Wierd one that - according to the mod_perl docs, that module is part of the distribution http://perl.apache.org/src/apache-modlist.html - however it appears neither on my Debian box, or a Solaris build of mod_perl I built from original sources.
You may have to download it from CPAN and install it yourself - you may find you can run:
dh-make-perl
dpkg-buildpackage
to build your own personal .deb from the source.
As a general tip for in the future, a perl module Foo::Bar is packaged as libfoo-bar-perl. The perl policy suggests that any package providing multiple perl modules should flag that it "Provides" all the package names to suit. This mean you should be able to:
apt-get install libfoo-bar-perl
