Bug#155097: apache2-common: Microsoft WebFolders

When using the builtin DAV support (via Add Network Place in My Network
Places) you get errors when trying to access certain resources on the
DAV server. To avoid this add the following to apache2.conf:

BrowserMatch "Microsoft Data Access Internet Publishing Provider"
redirect-carefully
BrowserMatch "^WebDrive" redirect-carefully

note: the second line is not applicable for Microsoft's implementation,
according to my tests. Found in
/usr/share/doc/apache2/examples/apache2.conf.gz.
