apache 1.3.23-1 uploaded
Well, there we have it, my first new upstream version. It's only built
for hppa so far since apm & ide combined to eat my laptop's /usr/sbin.
Anyone with a Depends: apache-common (<< 1.3.23) should look forward to
rebuilding their module. I haven't really thought about setting the
maintainer to this list yet, so I didn't do that. I also haven't fixed
a number of recent bugs. Help is appreciated with #131548.
