SOLVED.
Right, close IceWeasel. the -v -i thing is much cleaner:

But... no sound. So i don't think it's flash-related.
And it isn't :-)
I killed esd and changed the output in XMMS to ALSA. It actually
worked (i had issues with it in the past). Tried youtube and it has
sound.
