With what image and from where? Note that the latest build images are
completly broken. You can see that by their way too smal size already
(should be 100+MB for netinst).

That sounds like there is tons of stuff missing.

That would indicate that you do have a /target/bin/sh but some of its
libraries are missing. Maybe libc6.

Same error even with r2? Thats odd.
