I believe for sid, the correct sources are:

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free

Don't know if other Debian mirrors has amd64. I would be interested in 
knowing, so I can get the closest one of course.
