Dual Operon 240 / 16GB / Tyan K8SR

Hi!

I've been trying to install 31r0a on a dual operton 240, 16GB, Tyan K8SR 
system. I am hitting problems and am wondering if anyone else has had 
success here.

The netinst disk just hangs after boot prompt selection with no feedback 
that it's loading the kernel. The first disk of the full inst  starts to 
boot, but then forces a hard reboot about 5 seconds after starting.

I'm trying to figure out if I run down a hardware debug path or if I 
need a different version of the software.
