ttcn-el.info.gz somehow wound up with no content, breaking the call to
install-info in the postinst.  This may have be due to a glitch in
autobuilding, but it may just as well have been due to missing
build-deps; I haven't yet gotten around to deploying pbuilder here, so
my build environment wasn't exactly minimal.
