By default these messages are not logged, but you can turn logging on
by editing /etc/default/bootlogd to say:

  # Run bootlogd at startup ?
  BOOTLOGD_ENABLE=Yes

Now after the next time you boot you should have a boot log at
/var/log/boot.

Sorry about your disk problems, they do look quite serious.  You may
want to run your disk drive manufacturer's diagnostic tool.  They can
sometimes repair a drive although there's no guarantee you won't lose
data.
