Your best bet is wine with Microsoft's SDK. Good luck on installing it
though. You can probably install it on your windows box and copy the
compiler to your linux box w/ all deps ...
For quite a while WinXP 64-bit Edition had been offered for free at
https://microsoft.order-9.com/winxp64/
That's the beta. It's no longer available as the OS has gone gold.
