For amd64 or for all arches linux rund on?

miata:/home/freddy# uname -a
Linux miata 2.6.5 #2 Mon Apr 5 14:53:16 CEST 2004 alpha GNU/Linux
miata:/home/freddy# ls -la /lib64 /usr/lib64
ls: /lib64: No such file or directory
ls: /usr/lib64: No such file or directory

So debian does violate the FHS on alpha?
