It's coming along.  There are a few issues with some overlapping files
between lib64c6 and libc6.  Also, at the moment lib64c6-dev will need
libc6-dev from sid, though, it will need it built with amd64's kernel
headerse (I think..).  This will have to be solved, somehow, probably
by splitting out libc-headers into its own package.
