When it's ready.

My guess is that we'll release something usable and installable either
at sarge+0.5 or sarge+1, depending on whether sarge+1 will take two
years to release or not.  (It shouldn't, due to changes in the
process, and having testing and the new installer and such.)

So don't hold your breath.
