I heard some people had problems with disks > 128GB, but maybe thats i386

Depends on the arch big time:
68060 failed with an error in debian/rules:
Build needed 65:27:12, 2857764k disk space

athlon:
Build needed 01:28:10, 3526956k disk space

amd64: 10 minutes? 5?

I have a 40GB partition on the athlon, I wouldn't expect a limit on amd64
then?

BTW It would be nice if AMD64 could do m68k codemorphing...
