After trying various timeout values up to 120 seconds, I worked around
the issue by hardcoding the return in tests/lib/util.c:tp_test_abort_after()
where it would normally occur if TP_TESTS_NO_TIMEOUT is set. Subsequently,
all tests completed/passed.
