Ok, I've solved the problem.
I created a the file tulip in /etc/modprobe.d like Paul suggested:
options tulip options=5,5
After that both nic's where configured correctly by running
modprobe tulip

You are right!
To apply the changes to the initramfs you have to run:
update-initramfs -u
This will update the changes from /etc/modprobe.d
to the initramfs.
