Changing video cards in alphaworkstations

hi all.

Could i take any PCI video card and put it in a Digital Workstation 
600AU? The one that's in there maxes at 1024x768, with 256 colours.
As I'd like to retire my P4 into my rack, and use the Alpha as my 
workstation I'm going to need a little more grunt :)
