Alpha es40 Raid-controllers

Hi

Does somebody know which todays (low-cost) raid-controllers work
on AlphaServer es40? kind a hard to find some older KZPCC-?? cards,
and when found errr.. those are really really expencive and almost 
everytime
used & HP renewed....

Some common cards like Asus LSI MegaRaid or Adapted cards could be found
"in any pc shop" but does those work on es40? I've googled and readed that
somebody says that es40 uses some 20-bit channel or something like that?
