Well the problem is that it is a complete kernel from www.kernel.org, not a Debian kernel. But i can try to compile a Debian kernel with a replaced core_cia.c. yesterday i tried kernel 2.6.6, 2.6.5 and 2.6.4 (all from kernel.org) and the machine hangs while aboot was loading the kernel. no idea why. the last line on the screnn was that aboot is loading the kernel. Not a hint like kernel panic. nothing.... I think i will going crazy with that ;)
