That seems to pass, even though I'm on my old kernel. The old kernel
was from the Debian kernel source, 2.4.20-3 or maybe less with XFS
patches.

The new one is stock 2.4.20-6 but cannot be installed.

I get these messages:

ide_dma_proc: chipset supported ide_dma_lostirq func only: 13
hda: lost interrupt

The keyboard (eg shift pgup) doesn't work and I noticed something about
a timeout and keyboard not present? message.

OK, so I got some sort of mess going on with the IRQs but no idea why
everything has decided to fight now about them, not like the alpha
hasn't got plenty to spare!

Any suggestions where to look?
