Most of the PCI slots in the Alphas are 5V. You might want to check the SOC at:
http://www.compaq.com/products/quickspecs/soc_archives/80136.html
to see if it has the info you are looking for, but the 3.3Vs didn't come out
until the newer EV68C processors came out.
